Robin Vacha

Senior Vice President and General Manager, Semiconductor Group

Robin Vacha joined Brooks Automation in 2014 and, in 2024, was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Brooks Semiconductor Group. In this role, he leads the delivery of automation-driven process advantages for semiconductor customers across Brooks’ portfolio, including Vacuum Robotics and Automation, Atmospheric Solutions, Contamination Control, and Global Services. 

Robin brings more than 20 years of experience in robotics and factory automation, with a focus on technology development and operations. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master of Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
