Aimee Peacock serves as Chief Business Transformation Officer at Brooks Automation. In this role, she leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on driving operational excellence, strengthening performance management, and delivering sustainable value creation across the company’s global operations. 

Prior to joining Brooks in her current role, Aimee served as Chief Executive Officer of Flexcon, where she led the company through a period of accelerated innovation and operational discipline. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Flexcon, with responsibility for finance, information technology, global supply chain, and logistics. 

Aimee also held senior leadership roles at Brooks earlier in her career, including Division Chief Financial Officer supporting both the Semiconductor Solutions and Life Sciences businesses. She brings extensive experience across finance, supply chain, enterprise systems, and large-scale business transformation. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of New Hampshire and completed an advanced executive program in management, innovation, and technology at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
